S.E. LIMOUSIN SUMMER CLASSIC HELD IN MURFREESBORO

The Southeast Summer Classic (SSC) Medal of Excellence (MOE) Limousin and Lim Flex® show was June 14 in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Judge Jary Douglas of Winterville, Ga., sorted 67 females and nine bulls.

In the bull show, DF Rapture won the grand-champion banner after winning Division 4. Drew Declerck, Dorsey, Ill., exhibited the Jan. 15, 2008, Lim-Flex son of Dameron P V F Raptor 702 out of NBLF Hope 196L.

The reserve grand champion bull was JKOL Owen 177T, the Division 5 champion. The Dec. 11, 2007, Lim-Flex son of Sennett Matrix 470P LF75 out of BOJR Relentless 297R belongs to Kelley Owen, Wynnburg, Tenn.

GMEG Rebeca 834U, the winner of Division 2, went on to claim the title of grand champion female. Megan Greenawalt, Lynchburg, Ohio, owns the May 17, 2008, Lim-Flex daughter of EXLR Moderator 053M out of EXLR Rebeca 797S.

CFLX Mollys Image followed her win in Division 4 by claiming reserve grand champion female. Austen Etherton, Dawson, Ill., owns the Jan. 31, 2008, purebred daughter of DHVO Deuce 132R.
